The following concerns all the arrangements organized by Allemagna Co, Ltd. (Travels).
Rates, validity, inclusions, exclusions. All quoted prices are net to the Agent in United States Dollars and the validity dates of the quotations are as per the Allemagna Co., Ltd. published rates and/or quotations and/or invoices issued to the Agent.
All costs, services and information are correct at the time of publishing or quoting and are subject to changes with or without prior notice due to reasons such but not only tax or currency changes, government charges, increase of transportation costs or any others factors out of control of Allemagna Co., Ltd., even during the validity period.
The variations of the price shall be proportional to the variation of the relevant costs and the client shall be provided with details related to the calculation of the variation.
All costs of package tours and other services (unless otherwise stated) cover inclusions and exclusions as per detailed descriptions.
All reservations must be made to our head office only at the following address:
Payments Full payment must be received by Allemagna Co., Ltd. not later than 35 days prior client’s arrival or upon confirmation of the services.
If deposit is requested by any supplier, payment of this deposit must be forwarded to us upon request.
If reservation is made 31days or less prior top the departure, full payment is required.
Payments in United States Dollars are to be made to our bank accounts as per previous agreement with the concerning agent.
Please note that we are not in a position to accept any responsibility for the charges and fees resulting from the money transfers between the agent and our bank accounts. The agent shall be responsible for such transactions fees and they cannot be deducted from the amount due.
For FIT bookings:
Allemagna Co., Ltd. has the policy not to consider any cancellation fees but in case the suppliers of services impose a cancellation charge
to Allemagna Co., Ltd., this amount will be passed to the Agent accordingly.
For GRP bookings:
Up to 30 days before date of arrival: No cancellation fee unless any charge is levied by the suppliers of services.
From 30 to 15 days before date of arrival: 30% of the invoice.
From 14 to 7 days before date of arrival: 50% of the invoice.
From 7 days on: 100% of the invoice. Insurance Our quotations unless requested or specified do not include insurances and we therefore definitely advise and recommend all clients to obtain their own travel, personal and other coverage in order to be able to cope with any unforeseen medical expenses, emergency evacuations, personal injuries, cancellation charges, loss and damage of luggage and all any other unexpected events which might arise during the time of travelling.
We always do our best to make sure that the arrangements are satisfactory, however the standard of accommodation and other services are based on various factors, which are generally accepted as indicative of a certain class, however we do not represent or guarantee the standard, class or fitness for purpose of that accommodation or service.
Allemagna Co., Ltd. acts as an intermediary between the Agent and the transportation companies, hotels and all other suppliers.
Allemagna Co., Ltd. cannot therefore be held responsible and liable for any loss, damage, accident, change of program and schedule or other irregularities deriving from circumstances beyond the control of the Company, within and outside the programmes, including but not limited to war, civil disturbance, fire, floods, unusually severe weather, acts of God, acts of Government or of any other authorities, accident or failure of machinery or equipments or industrial actions.
Allemagna Co., Ltd., also reserves the right to modify the itineraries and change services with or without prior advice if due to situations beyond the control of the Company or if unforeseen circumstances arise and it is necessary to act for the benefit of all the concerned.
The receiving of booking confirmation from Allemagna Co., Ltd. means that the above conditions and responsibilities have been accepted by the Agent.
Claims In the unfortunate event that a claim might arise, the complaint has to be submitted in writing within 15 days the end of the services and we will try our best to solve the matter by mutual and friendly understanding.
In the more unlucky case this shouldn’t be the final solution, local arbitration in Cambodia will be considered to settle any dispute or litigation.
